The Anicha Rock is a zoological reserve, where the characteristic vegetal and marine diversity of rocky coasts is quite evident. It is in Portinho da Arrábida and constitutes an example of rocky outcrop, among vast extensions of submarine sand, making this a unique nook.

The parking lot and the bathrooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility. During the bathing season, parking is paid and there are restrictions on car circulation, within the scope of the municipal program Arrábida sem Carros.
