In the heart of the Natural Park of Arrábida it has a large extension of white sand and translucent water. The bottom of the sea is rich in several marine species, which integrate the Marine Park Professor Luiz Saldanha.

Creiro is located between the Coelhos and Portinho da Arrábida beaches. One of the elements of this landscape is Pedra da Anicha (Anicha Rock), a small structure, in front of the well-known Monte Branco.

During the bathing season, parking is paid and there are restrictions on car circulation, within the scope of the municipal program Arrábida sem Carros.
